COOKING PROPOSALS
The pork leg is the best meat cut for cooking in the oven, wrapped in the backing paper. Flavour the meat with mustard, lemon juice and herbs. At the final stage of cooking, remove the baking paper from the top of the meat to have your dish nicely brown.
