On our Farm we have a certified Quality Control Laboratory, where products are monitored on a daily basis from receipt stage to dispatch stage.

With the use of the most advanced laboratory equipment and through approved methods of analysis, the microbiological, chemical and organoleptic features of the products are tested on a daily basis.

The laboratory cooperates with Research Foundations and Scientific Bodies so as to be directly informed on all scientific developments in the food industry.
