This is why we chose to apply a Quality Management System for all our processes in accordance with ISO standard 9001:2008, and a Food Safety Management System (HACCP) in accordance with FSSC standard 22000.
Through basic management, monitoring and improvement tools, our company has included a series of processes in our daily routine which not only ensure quality and safety of the products, but also of the services relating to all our business activities. From the birth of the animal to the standardization of the meat, we apply a system of traceability so that each of our products has a unique identity that accompanies it to the final consumer. This unique code guarantees that the Farm’s meat has passed all the tests and it has those qualitative features that we want for the consumer.
At the same time, our company staff is constantly trained and actively supports the targets of Quality and Safety we have set. The results of everyone’s collective efforts are evident in all the sections of the Farm and throughout the production processes.
