COOKING PROPOSALS
In a big bowl, stir mustard, olive oil, black and red pepper, thyme and garlic. Add Gyros meat and leave it over night to rest. The next day, fry the meat for approximately 10 minutes and your dish is ready to eat. Wrap the 'Gyros' in a pita bread or serve it as a main dish with vegetables and tzatziki sauce.
