Being the most tender part of beef, tenderloin is an ideal choice for quick grilling or sauteing in very hot oil or fat. It shouldn't be over-cooked for keeping it's sublime flavour. Use only pepper and salt for seasoning the tenderloin and your dish will have mild beefy taste.
