COOKING PROPOSALS
The pork leg with bone is can be nicely roasted in the oven, if first marinaded with litttle of mustard. Roast it for approximatelly 1h at 200-220⁰C. 5 minutes before your dish is ready, glaze the leg with honey for having a crispy crust.
