A variation of tabbouleh salad, enriched with beef cuts.
Place the cracked wheat in a bowl with hot water until it becomes soft.
Preheat a big pan, pour olive oil and add the vegetables (paprika, zucchini, onion and tomato).
Fry everything for 5 minutes approximately. At the end, add the cracked wheat and let everything to cool.
To make a dressing, combine vinegar, mustard, honey and parmesan cheese. Stir well and slowly pour the olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Place vegetables, beef and the dressing in a bowl and combine. Garnish with rucola leaves and serve.

Let the groat drink all its liquids and inflate before dropping it into the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
