A delicious family meal!
Preheat a big pan and pour the olive oil. Cut the meat into big cubes, season with salt and pepper, place it to the pan.
Fry the beef well for approximate 5 minutes of all sides, add the onion and cook it for 2-3 more minutes. Throw the garlic, after 1 minute pour the wine and whisk it well.
Replace all the ingredients into a pot, additionally add the bay leaf, a bouillon cube, orange juice and mashed tomatoes.
Boil it all at medium-high heat for an hour.
In a smaller pot pour some water, through a pinch of salt and after it starts to boil, add the quinoa. Boil everything for approximate 15 minutes.
Whenever the sauce of the meat is thick enough, your dish is ready for serving.
Spoon quinoa in a plate first and serve beef with a sauce on the side.

For a deeper aroma, add some Tasmanian pepper berries when cooking.
